| 摘 要： | 通过对安徽省8所城市40个社区体育自治组织公共关系现状的探讨,认为目前社区体育自治组织公关意识淡薄,组织形象不高;组织的管理机制不健全;对于体育价值开发不足,内部成员的组织忠诚度不高;组织的体育服务水平较低,开展公共关系的体育资源缺乏。在此基础上提出一系列发展社区体育自治组织公共关系的对策。
