| 摘 要： | 通过对承德地区宽城县内 2所中学和 7所小学的体育教育现状的调查与分析 ,发现在大力推行素质教育 ,提倡“健康第一”的教育改革思想指导下 ,在贫困山区推行素质教育确实存在着一些问题和困难 ,并针对这些问题和困难提出了相应的对策和建议 ,为贫困山区体育教育的发展提供了较为客观的依据。

| Abstract: | An investigation is made among two middle schools and seven primary schools in Kuanchang county. It is found out that it is difficult to carry out and conduct qualification education in the area. In the paper, the situation is analyzed and some corresponding measures will be presented to readers with intention of offering meaningful and useful reference. |
