| 摘 要： | 以河北省某优势项目运动员为研究对象，对其在大运动量训练期间的生化指标进行监测与分析，以评定他们在大运动量训练期间的机能状态、训练效果，科学地监控训练。结果显示：大运动量训练过程中，男、女运动员的血红蛋白、血尿素氮、尿十项等指标均出现了不同程度的变化，经过适当调整，运动员能够顺利完成大运动量训练任务。从而表明，该阶段训练计划安排较为合理，对合理安排下一阶段运动负荷，提高运动成绩有着重要指导意义。
