| 摘 要： | 基于大学职能划分,探讨和展望综合性研究型大学体育发展的现实思路.分析认为：大学职能不仅是大学发展的导向标,也是大学体育发展的内在动力.以南京大学为例,现阶段体育工作部门职能运行稳定,但发展方向急需找准定位；课程品牌日趋完善,但精品意识尚需进一步加强；竞技实力整体稳定,但队伍建设目标需适当转变.建议在人才培养上,立足整体跟进,恢复中大传统；科学研究上,完善二元脉络,融合文科积淀；社会服务上,立足学科特性,拓宽工作视野；文化传承上,梳理传承脉络,凝练价值内核.

| Abstract: | The paper explores and prospects sports development ideas of comprehensive research university based on university functions. It shows that the university function is not only the beacon of university development, but also the intrinsic motivation of university sports development. Taking Nanjing University as an example, its sports departments work well, but the direction of development is urgent to locate. The course brand becomes more and more mature, but the quality needs to be further strengthened. The competitive strength is stable, but the team objectives need to be appropriately changed. It recommends resu ming professional physical education based on the overall follow-up for personal training, improving the discipline construction and integrating liberal arts heritage for scientific research, broadening work field vision based on the subject properties for social services, concise heritage context and enhancing core value. |
