中越12—15岁青少年体质状况比较分析

摘    要:运用文献资料法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,以中国和越南2010年青少年的体质测试数据为研究对象,对两国12—15岁青少年的体质状况进行对比分析。发现:中国各年龄段青少年的身高与体重均明显高于越南青少年;中国12—15岁男生、12—13岁女生肺活量明显高于越南同年龄段学生,越南14—15岁女生肺活量则高于中国同龄段女生;中国12—15岁青少年的力量、速度、耐力、柔韧等各项身体素质指标均明显高于越南青少年。整体来讲,2010年中国12—15岁青少年体质健康水平高于越南。从经济发展水平和政策两方面对差异原因进行分析,并为越南提高青少年体质水平提出建议。

Abstract:By methods of literature review, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, taking the physical fitness test data of adolescents in China and Vietnam as the research object, the physical conditions of adolescents between the ages of 12 and 15 in the two countries are compared and analyzed. Findings: The height and weight of adolescents of all ages in China are significantly higher than that of Vietnamese adolescents. The vital capacities of boys aged 12-15 and girls aged 12-13 in China are significantly higher than those of Vietnamese counterparts. The vital capacities of girls aged 14-15 in Vietnam are higher than those of Chinese counterparts. The strength, speed, endurance and flexibility of adolescents aged 12-15 in China are significantly higher than Vietnamese counterparts. Overall, the physical fitness of adolescents aged 12-15 in China is higher than that of Vietnam in 2010. The causes of differences from the perspectives of economic development and policies are analyzed and recommendations are made for Vietnam to improve their physical fitness of adolescents.
