| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和问卷调查法，以麦肯锡7S模型理论为指导，结合我国大学生篮球联赛的实际情况，构建了我国大学生篮球联赛核心竞争力指标体系。该指标体系包含7个一级指标，按重要性排序依次为组织管理、经费投入、人力资源、篮球理念、科学训练、参赛环境和市场营销，每个一级指标又包含4个二级指标。分别对一、二级指标进行分析，为提升我国大学生篮球联赛的竞争力提供理论支持。

| Abstract: | By methods of literature data, expert interview and questionnaire survey, based on the McKinsey 7S model theory, and combined with the actual situation of CUBA league, the core competitiveness index system of CUBA is constructed in this study. The index system includes seven first-level indicators, namely in order of importance, organizational management, funding, human resources, basketball concepts, scientific training, entry environment, and marketing. Each first-level indicator also includes four secondary indicators. The first-level and secondary indicators are analyzed respectively in a bid to provide theoretical support for improving the competitiveness of CUBA league. |
