| 摘 要： | 澳大利亚竞技体育和大众体育的成功离不开良好的青少年体育基础。对近40年来澳大利亚青少年体育促进政策的发展演变历程进行回顾并总结其特点,认为其坚持生活本位的理念导向,可持续发展的社会导向,归类教学的学校导向,亲子互动、情感交流的家庭导向。这为我国青少年体育发展提供了重要启示:注重体育政策制定与实施的匹配性,保证政策的连贯性、可操作性;调动社会力量广泛参与,提供多元化的“运动菜单”,成立“体育图书馆”,加强物质保障建设;改革传统学校体育授课方式,增强学生的自主选择性,注重兴趣培养;充分发挥家庭、社区的作用,为青少年营造良好的锻炼氛围。

| Abstract: | The success of competitive and mass sports in Australia stems from a good foundation of youth sports.This paper reviews the development and evolution of Australian youth sports promotion policy in the past 40 years,summarizes its characteristics,and holds that it adheres to orientations of concept of life standard,sustainable development of society,classified teaching of school,and parent-child interaction and emotional exchange of family.It provides an important enlightenment for the development of China’s youth sports.Firstly,we should pay attention to the matching between the formulation and implementation of sports policy to ensure the consistency and operability of the policy.Secondly,we ought to mobilize social forces to participate widely,provide diversified“sports menu”,establish“sports library”,and strengthen the construction of material security.Thirdly,we should reform the traditional school sports teaching methods,enhance students’autonomy and selectivity,and pay attention to the cultivation of interest.At last,we should give full play to the role of family and community to create a good exercise atmosphere for the youth. |
