| 摘 要： | 缺乏自我锻炼的知识与技能,存在较大的心理障碍,是制约病、伤、残学生进行体育锻炼的主要因素。应该从促进学生心理健康入手,通过成立保健班、选择适宜的锻炼项目等手段,使其形成终身体育思想,养成经常锻炼身体的习惯。

| Abstract: | Lack of the knowledge and skills of self-exercise and having major psychological handicap are the main factors restricting students' P. E. behaviors. The priority should be given to the improvement of their psychological health by establishing health protection workshops and choosing proper exercise events so that they would cultivate the consciousness so exercise all life and form the exercise habit. |
