| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法，对湖北少数民族地区城市居民社区体育现状进行调查。结果表明：居民体育人口比例为21．35％；运动项目以简单易行、对场地器材要求不高的跑步、篮球、门球、羽毛球、交谊舞、乒乓球和少数民族传统体育项目为主；居民基层体育组织缺乏，管理落后；居民体育健身设施非常落后；居民对体育的功能认知程度较高．对“全民健身计划”和体质测试的了解程度差；居民参与体育活动的人数比例大，但较缺乏体育锻炼方面的知识；居民参加体育活动的动机主要表现为“强身健体”、“喜欢体育运动、有锻炼习惯”、“预防疾病”、“减肥、健美”。建议采用以下主要对策：加强全民健身计划的宣传、改善居民体育活动的硬件设施、以学校体育的发展促进社区体育的发展、走有民族特色的社区体育发展之路。

| Abstract: | By using the method of questionnaire, this paper makes an investigation on community sports condition of cities in minority region of Hubei Province. The result shows that proportion of sports population of townsman in minority region of Hubei Province is 21.35%;their activity contents are simple because of no playground and limited facilities and major activities are jogging, basketball, badminton , social dancing facilities etc. Townsmen lack basic sports organizations. Management and facility are backward. Townsman is lack of understanding on function of physical activity for body. There is little idea on national fitness programs and physical test for townsman. The proportion of townsman participating in sports activities is high. But townsman lack knowledge of sports. The main aim of townsman participating in physical activity is to strength the body, lose weight and build up body shape, prevent disease. It suggests taking the following countermeasures: 1) Strength the propaganda of national fitness programs .2) Improve the physical activity condition .3) Develop school sports to promote community sports. 4) Nationalize the development community sports. |
