我国排球高级教练员胜任力水平评价体系研究

摘    要:运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、特尔菲法、因子分析法和逻辑分析法,结合教练员专业能力特点、岗位培训特点和实际工作需求,构建了我国排球高级教练员胜任力水平评价体系,并运用satty评判方法,确定了各项指标的权重,为体育相关部门科学、合理评价我国排球高级教练员胜任力水平提供参考,同时也为我国排球高级教练员岗位培训课程改革提供理论依据。

Evaluation System Research on the Competence of Advanced Volleyball Coaches in China

Abstract:Taking the methods of document literature,expert interview,Delphi method,factor analysis method and logical anal-ysis method,combining with the characteristics of professional ability and training of coaches and actual work demand,the state established our advanced volleyball coaches’competency evaluation system level.By using of the satty evaluation method,the state determined the value of each index,and provided references for the relative department to evaluate the competence of ad-vanced volleyball coaches scientifically and reasonably,and also offer rational theoretical suggestions for the reformation of the advanced volleyball coaches training classes.
