| 摘 要： | 太极拳作为中国民族传统体育项目之一,在大学体育教学中,得到不断的推广。根据现代教学理论的新要求,在太极拳教学中采用现代教学模式,不但可以提高学生学习的积极性,达到学的快、记的牢的目的,而且可以培养学生经常练习太极拳的兴趣,从而获得较好的教学效果。
