| 摘 要： | 运用法社会学关于争端解决方式选择的一般理论对职业体育的相关问题进行了分析。通过分析,解释了职业体育争端解决的一些实质性问题,对单项运动协会、行业争端解决制度的完善提出了具体、可行的建议,以期有助于职业体育争端解决方式的选择以及相关纠纷的及时解决。
