不同运动等级青年男子乳酸阈、心肺功能的比较研究

摘    要:选取体育专业足球队学生(专业组)、非体育专业不运动学生(对照组)和体育锻炼持续一年以上的学生(锻炼组)为实验对象,采用德国h/p/cosmos跑台和美国MAX-Ⅱ心肺测试系统等设备测定其在运动过程中心肺功能各指标及血乳酸浓度的变化并进行综合评价。结果显示,专业组和锻炼组达到乳酸阈时的跑速、血乳酸浓度高于对照组;乳酸闽和最大吸氧量(VO2max)时的摄氧量(VO2)、氧脉搏(O2P)、每分通气量(VE)、跑速等指标均高于对照组。

Abstract:Choose professional football players (professional group) of sports major, the non-sports majors (contrast group ) and students whose physical training lasts more than one year (exercising group ) are experimental subjects, using the exercise testing instruments of MAX-Ⅱ cardiopulmonary function which made in America and h/p/cosmos treadmill which made in Germany, etc, the study made an experiment to measure the cardiopulmonary function and density of lactic acid of blood in their sport course and carry out a comprehensive appraisal. The result showed that lactic acid running speed, lactic acid density at the threshold of the professional group and sport group were higher than that of the contrast group; the index of oxygen uptake (VO2), oxygen pulse (O2P), ventilation per minute (VE), running speed higher than contrast too, on this condition of either lactic acid threshold or maximal oxygen uptake (VO2 max) .
