| 摘 要： | 城市社区体育公共服务是体育强国建设的关键环节和文明和谐城市发展的显性要素,其服务质量提升是一个系统工程,需以文化软实力为指引。通过文献资料法和逻辑分析法进行研究发现,从文化软实力视域出发,注重提升城市社区体育公共服务文化的影响力,提高其服务响应速度和响应效率,积极引导和吸纳广大公众参与服务,主动营造社会体育组织参与服务的良好环境,优化与提升服务人员结构和业务素质,可有效提升城市社区体育公共服务质量。

| Abstract: | Urban community sports service is a key element in the construction of sports power, and also a dominant factor in the way for a civilized and harmonious urban development. The improvement of its service quality is a systematic project, which should be guided by cultural soft power. This study, by literature review and logical analysis, finds out that public service quality of urban community sports can be effectively improved by the following approaches., start from the perspective of cultural soft power and focus on improving the impact of urban community sports service culture, improve its service response speed and re- sponse efficiency, actively guide and attract the general public to participate in sports services, create a good environment for sports organizations to participate in community service, optimize and enhance the quality of service personnel structure and their operational skills. |
