| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、调查法和数理统计法，通过实证和规范分析，对职业运动员工资的影响因素和决定模型进行了研究。研究结果表明：影响职业足球运动员工资的主要因素有职业运动员劳动力供求关系、职业运动员边际劳动收益产品、职业运动员人力资本状况、职业体育管理制度和运动员工会组织等，不同市场结构条件下，职业足球运动员工资决定模型有所差异。

| Abstract: | This study analyzed the acting factors and the model of income determination of the professional athletes using documentation,investigation and mathematic and statistic methods.Results showed us the main factors influencing professional athletes' wages: relationship between demand and supply of labor force,marginal income,the condition of human capital,the management system,trade union organization.The model of income determination of the professional athletes differed under different market structure. |
