| Abstract: | An analysis was made on the priority of regional key cities to the development of sports industry from elaborating the concept and functional characteristics of regional key cities by using documentation,expert consultation and hierarchy analysis combined with the relevant theory in sociology and industrial science;based on this,some tactics for its development were proposed. |
