| 摘 要： | 从分析学生体质下降、群众体育发展落后、竞技体育异化等社会问题入手,对体育文化自觉问题进行研究。认为中国体育需要文化自觉,要将国家体育思想和行为置于世界范畴,进行自我扬弃。通过对体育人文精神与体育思想等"软实力"的挖掘,提出了构建中国体育发展"软实力"的建议:重拾文化自信,树立体育"文化自觉"意识、追求健康的权利与理念,提升公共体育服务质量,进行体育人文精神建设等。

| Abstract: | Based on the students＇ physical decline, the weakness of mass sports＇ development, the competitive sports alienation and so on, the article makes research on the cultural consciousness. It holds that Chinese sports need cultural consciousness and it suggests to put the national sports thought and behavior into the world category. Through the excavation of ＂soft power＂ that includes the sports humanity spirit and the sports concepts and so on, it puts forward some suggestions on the construction of ＂soft power＂： to restore cultural confidence, set up the sports ＂cultural consciousness＂, emphasize health rights and ideas, im- prove public sports service quality, strengthen the sports humanity spirit construction, etc. |
