运动、自由基与衰老

摘    要:运动对自由基代谢的影响与运动形式、运动强度和运动持续时间有关,并存在器官与组织性差异。运动对机体衰老进程的影响取决并依赖于机体氧化与抗氧化系统的动态平衡.氧化过程占主导地位,可导致氧化损伤和机体生理机能的减退.促进生物体衰老与死亡。长期有氧训练,有利于促进自由基的消除,抑制增龄引起的抗氧化能力降低,调节机体氧化与抗氧化系统的平衡,对机体产生有益影响,这是运动廷缓衰老的主要机制之一。

Abstract:Free radical metabolisms are influenced by the way, intensity and sustain time of exercise respectively. The different organs or tissues have different results. The aging process is influenced by exercise and depends on the dynamic equilibrium between oxidant and antioxidant system. The predominant oxidant process will bring on the oxidant injury and physiological function deficiency, accelerate the aging process and go on for death. A long-term aerobic training is beneficial to accelerate clearing free radical, control antioxidant function declining due to age, coordinate equilibrium between oxidant and antioxidant system. It leads to beneficial actions and become a main theory about exercise retard aging.
