| 摘 要： | 利益相关者理论认为投资人并不是职业体育俱乐部唯一的所有者,债权人、项目协会、教练员、球员、赞助商等利益相关者都拥有俱乐部的剩余索取权和控制权,俱乐部的经营目标应该是利益相关者利益最大化而非投资人利益最大化。职业体育俱乐部与其利益相关者是一种相互依存关系。提出职业体育俱乐部利益相关者共同治理的理论依据,并对实践的现实意义进行分析。

| Abstract: | Stakeholder Theory thinks that investors are not the only owners in professional sport clubs; creditors, sport associations, coaches, players, sponsors of stakeholders have the residue control rights and residue claim rights in professional sport clubs. The goal of the professional sport clubs is to maximize the stakeholders＇ profits rather than the investors＇. Professional sport clubs and its stakeholders are of interdependent relationship. This paper presents co-governace made of professional sport dubs and stakeholders, and prattical signifieance of this mode. |
