| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、问卷调查法和专家访谈法,分析了我国青少年体育设施发展的现状。研究结果表明我国各级政府高度重视青少年体育设施发展,设施总量有了较大增长。但同时也存在青少年体育设施供给与需求失衡、布局失衡、制度缺失且执行无力等问题,提出转变观念、创新方式、提供保障、形成机制等发展对策。

| Abstract: | By methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, this paper analyzes the present situation of the development of China＇s youth sports facilities. The results show that China＇s government attaches great importance to the development of youth sports facilities, and overall infrastructure has been greatly improved. But at the same time, there are many problems, such as the imbalance between youth sports facilities supply and demand, unbalanced layout, lack of legal system and its weak implementation, and so on. In the end, the paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures including changing concepts, innovating mode, providing safeguard, establishing an effective mechanism, etc. |
