摘    要:采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,重新界定高校课外体育锻炼的概念并对其功能进行定位。依据针对性原则、实效性原则和可操作性原则,从参与课外锻炼的学生分类、课外锻炼的形式和内容及课外锻炼的组织与管理三个方面,设计高校课外体育锻炼方案。从注重评价督促与激励作用的角度构建课外体育锻炼评价体系,并提出了实行贯穿四年的学分制、将体育成绩与各级评优和奖学金挂钩、加大课外体育锻炼所占体育成绩的比例等具体措施。

On the Functional Orientation,Operational Design and Evaluation System of College Extra-curricula PE

Abstract:By means of literature review, expert interview, questionnaires and statistic analysis, this paper redefines the concept of college extra-curricula PE and identifies its functional orientation. According to the principles of relativity, effectiveness and maneuverability, the operational design of college extra-curricula PE is made in terms of the participants' classification, form and content of extra-curricula PE as well as its organization and management. The evaluation system is constructed from the angle of its supervising and motivating function, and finally a series of measurements is proposed, including a credit system through the four school years, awards and scholarships linked with PE scores, and a higher percentage of extra-curricula PE in students' PE scores.
