| 摘 要： | 采用文献法、实验法和问卷调查法，在介绍国外服务业广泛成功应用的服务质量测评方法——SERVQUAL的基础上，以银川市青鸟健身俱乐部为个案，使用修订后的SERVQUAL评价方法对其所提供的健身服务进行质量评价，旨在为营利性体育健身俱乐部的服务质量评价提供参考。

| Abstract: | This paper made a case study on the measurement of service quality of commercial recreational sport centre named Qingniao from Yinchuan city by approaches of literature review,experimentation and questionnaire survey,and the revised SERVQUAL,a successful application method to evaluate the service quality of west service industry,aiming to offer reference for service quality measurement of the commercial fitness clubs. |
