| 摘 要： | 应用文献资料调研、实验研究、数理统计等方法,对山西省高校教职工身体健康状况进行了分析研究。研究发现：山西省高校教职工体质整体情况非常差,超重现象严重,女性超重情况好于男性;患病情况非常严重,女性患病状况好于男性;疾病主要集中在心血管系统疾病等。针对研究发现的问题,提出了相应对策。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the physical condition of staff at university in Shanxi province using literature review,experimental study and mathematic statistic method.Findings: the overall physical health of the staff is in a bad condition,overweight is serious,more common in men than in women;men are more serious of being overweight than women;mainly resulting in cardiovascular diseases.In reacting to the problems,the paper proposed corresponding countermeasures. |
