| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈和数理统计等研究方法,对河南省高校学生体育保险现状进行调查,并从大学生风险管理能力入手对现状进行分析。指出,河南省高校学生对体育活动风险有一定的认知,但在面对体育风险时缺乏有效的应对措施;认为购买体育保险是应对体育风险的重要手段之一,但购买体育保险的情况却不乐观;我国关于高校体育保险的相关法律相对滞后,险种较少,阻碍了高校体育保险的发展。针对存在的问题,提出对策,为高校体育保险市场的开拓和良性健康发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | By methods of literature review, investigation, expert interview, data statistics and so on, this paper investigates the present conditions of sports insurance for university students in Henan province, from the perspective of the risk management ca- pabilities to analyze the present conditions of sports insurance for university students. The university students all have certain cognition on sports risk, hut when facing sports risk, most of the university students don~t have effective countermeasures. The students also consider that buying the sports insurance is an important means to cope with sports risk. But the purchase condi- tion of sports insurance is not good. China＇s university sports insurance law relatively lag and the type of sports insurance is sin gle, which hinder the development of the university sports insurance.
