| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、逻辑分析、对比分析等方法,对我国运动员养老保险的现状进行分析。认为当前我国运动员保险未能形成有效供给,运动员缺乏风险意识,运动员收入水平制约商业养老保险的发展。借鉴国外职业运动员养老保险运作方面的经验,提出应积极构建符合我国国情的运动员养老保险"五支柱"模式:在役养老补贴制度、基础养老金、个人账户、俱乐部年金及其他相关资助。

| Abstract: | Through the methods of literature review,logic analysis,comparison analysis and so on,this paper analyzed the present situation of Chinese athletes＇ endowment insurance system.It thinks that now the athlete insurance fails to form effective supply and the athletes lack the awareness of risk.The athlete income level restricts the development of commercial endowment insurance.It borrows foreign professional athlete endowment insurance operations experience,and finally proposes to construct athletes endowment insurance ＂five pillar＂ mode according to our country national condition： the in-service pension subsidy system,fundamental annuities,individual account,annuities club and other related support. |
