运动与下丘脑能量代谢调控中枢程序化形成机制的研究进展

摘    要:程序化理论是机体能量代谢调控机制形成的重要生物学学说,下丘脑参与能量代谢调控的过程,下丘脑内BDNF、POMC和NYP等多种基因是能量代谢机制形成或异常改变的关键原因。对下丘脑及其重要基因在程序化理论形成过程中的作用,以及运动对下丘脑及其基因的影响进行分析,可以为认识运动如何改变机体正常和异常的能量代谢调控机制提供理论依据。

Abstract:The programming theory is an important biology theory of the body energy metabolism regulation mechanism. The hypothalamus is involved in the regulation of energy metabolism process. The genes BDNF, POMC and NYP in hypothalamus is the key cause to the abnormal changes of energy metabolism mechanism. This paper reviews the hypothalamus and its important genes' function in the formation of the programming theory, as well as exercise's influence on the hypothalamus and genes. It provides theoretical basis for knowing how to change the body's normal and abnormal energy metabolism regulation mechanism.
