| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料和逻辑分析等方法,分析体育运动队在医学院校存在的功能性价值和未来发展的趋势,认为体育运动队可以在服务学校教育、营造校园体育文化氛围、打造医学院校品牌和促进医学院校科研发展等方面发挥作用,并进一步从学校领导、体育工作人员、学生运动员、制度和政策等方面提出医学院校体育运动队的发展策略,旨在为医学院校体育运动队的发展提供理论参考。

| Abstract: | stract： By methods of literature material and logic analysis, the functional value and the future development trend of sports teams in medical colleges and universities are analyze＆ It thinks that the sports team plays an important role in school education, creating the atmosphere of campus sports culture, building medical colleges brand and promoting the development of scientific re- search work. It puts forward developing strategy from the aspects of the school leadership, sports staff, student athletes, sys- tem and policy for medical colleges and universities sports teams, aimed to provide theoretical reference for development of medi- cal colleges and universities sports teams. |
