| 摘 要： | 体育教育是一个复杂的教育过程,其开展要依据生命体本身所具有的个性、多样性、自主性,在此基础上充分挖掘生命体的创新性和潜力等素质。体育课程的培养目标是将生命教育逐步融入到体育教学中,尤其要注重学生不同生命体的个性发展,实现体育课程从"健康第一"向"生命为本"的逐步升华。

| Abstract: | Physical education is a complex process of education, the development of which should be based on life itself possess- ing individuality, diversity and independence. Based on this, it fully digs the innovation and potential. The sports curriculum＇s goal is to gradually integrate life education into the sports teaching, especially to pay attention to the students＇ different person- ality development to realize the gradual sublimation from ＂health first＂ to ＂life first＂. |
