| 摘 要： | 保护非物质文化遗产是在构建和谐社会过程中应十分重视和认真解决的问题。2011年6月1日《中华人民共和国非物质文化遗产法》正式颁布施行,在此背景下,对我国民族传统体育非物质文化遗产保护的现状进行了分析,并从知识产权角度探讨我国民族传统体育非物质文化遗产的法律保护模式,最后对我国民族传统体育非物质文化遗产的保护提出建议。

| Abstract: | The protection of the intangible cultural heritage is a problem that should be attached great attentions and be solved seriously in the process of constructing the harmonious society.June 1st,2011,the law of The People＇s Republic of China Intangible Cultural Heritage Method was officially promulgated.In this background,the paper analyzes the current situation of the protection of intangible cultural heritage,and discusses the protection mode of Chinese traditional sports of the intangible cultural heritage from the view of the intellectual property rights,finally it puts forward some relevant suggestions to the protection of Chinese traditional sports of the intangible cultural heritage. |
