赛前综合干预对运动能力的影响——全运会男子柔道冠军何××个案研究

摘    要:因备战全运会的需要,针对前男子柔道全运会冠军、31岁老将何××体重超标、机能和体能低下、不能正常随队训练的情况,对其进行了营养、体能训练、水疗康复等赛前综合干预。通过综合干预,何××运动能力大幅提高,身体的各项机能恢复效果比较理想。低氧训练方式安全有效地进行了体重控制;功能性体能训练作为专项体能训练的铺垫,对有氧运动能力、肌力、核心力量及平衡能力的提高帮助很大;水疗康复系统的应用对疲劳恢复起到了促进作用。随着体能和各项机能的逐步恢复,何××能正常随队训练,专项能力得到了提高。

Abstract:To prepare for the national games,according to the situation of former men’s j udo champion of the national games,a 31-year-old He ××,that he is overweight,low function and physical ability,can not be normally trained with the whole team, this paper makes a comprehensive intervention to him on the nutrition,physical training and the spa before the game.Through the comprehensive intervention,Mr.He obviously improved his sports ability,and every function of the body recovery effect is ideal.Hypoxic training was safely and effectively for weight control.As a special physical training ground,functional fitness training is helpful for the aerobic exercise ability,muscle power,core strength and balance ability.The application of spa pro-motes fatigue recovery.With the recovery of the physical situation and every function,Mr.He can be normally trained with the whole team,and his special ability is also improved.
