| 摘 要： | 通过对我国普通高校体育课“选项课型”与“俱乐部型”教学模式的特征及优缺点进行比较研究，认为高校体育“俱乐部型”教学模式对过去教学模式进行了继承和借鉴，能够充分尊重学生个体，发展学生个性，重视学生的主体性选择，有利于体育课内外一体化，符合高校体育的特点，是高校体育教学改革的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | Through the comparative study on the features and the merits and demerits of the selection-oriented and club-oriented teaching models in the physical education class of the ordinary college, we can conclude that the club-oriented teaching model has inherited and drawn lessons from the past. The club-oriented teaching model can fully respect the individual students and develop the personalities of the students and think highly of the student's subjective selection. It will contribute to the integration of the in-class and outside-class physical education and conform to the features of the physical education of the college. It is the tendency of the improvement of the physical education reform in the future. |
