神经营养因子及其在骨骼肌与运动中的作用研究

摘    要:神经营养因子是在神经系统中广泛存在并对神经细胞具有营养和支持功能的物质,在肌肉组织中也存在着多种神经营养因子,其对神经肌肉的生理功能被不断地证实,肌肉组织中存在的神经营养因子可能参与到肌肉的运动过程中。对睫状神经营养因子、脑源性神经营养因子、神经营养因子Ⅲ、Ⅳ/Ⅴ和胶质细胞源性神经营养因子在肌肉中的功能进行了简要综述,并分析其在运动过程中的可能作用。

Abstract:Neurotrophic factors (NTFs) that can nourish and maintain nerve cell survival, are extensively distributed in nerve system, and also discovered in muscle tissues. The physiological function of NTFs to nerve muscle is confirmed continuously. NTFs in muscle probably participate in the muscle movement. Function of NTFs ciliary neurotrophie factor, brain-derived neurotrophic factor, neurotrophic factor Ⅲ、Ⅳ/Ⅴ and glial celt line-derived neurotrophic factor to muscle was briefly reviewed, and its possible function in movement was analyzed.
