| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料分析和教学训练经验总结，对运动表象在篮球投篮技术教学训练中的意义及作用进行了探讨分析，并根据运动表象建立过程的心理学原理，针对建立运动表象的不同过程，提出了相应的教学训练方法。
