| 摘 要： | 探讨了中国体育仲裁制度的基本理论问题,为完善《体育法》的配套立法及构建中国体育仲裁制度提供理论支撑。梳理了目前我国竞技体育纠纷解决机制的现状和问题,指出建立体育仲裁制度的必要性和迫切性,并对我国体育仲裁机制的构建提出了设想。

| Abstract: | The purpose was through discussing the basic theory problem of sports arbitration system in China to provide a support of improving the relevant law of "sports law" and building sports arbitration system in China.This article discussed the present situation and problem of sports arbitration system in China,then pointed out the necessity and urgency of building sports arbitration system and gave some advice. |
