| 摘 要： | 从校园体育文化的意义和当前医学生的身心健康状况入手,对医学院校体育文化建设进行研究。指出,医学院校要建立科学的体育管理制度和有效的运行机制,学校领导要加大对体育工作的支持力度和经费投入,深化体育课程改革,重视体育师资队伍培养,加强体育文化的舆论宣传。旨在营造良好的医学院校体育文化环境,不断改善医学生的身心健康状况。

| Abstract: | Starting with the significance of campus sports culture and the physical and mental health of today＇s medical students,this paper researches the sports culture construction in medical universities.The author points out that medical universities should set up a scientific sports management system and an effective operation system.University administrative officers should increase support for the sports-related works and increase financial support.Physical education curriculum reform should be deepened,the sports teaching staff should be fostered,and the sports culture publicity should also be strengthened,aiming to build a good sports cultural setting and improve medical students＇ physical and mental health. |
