| 摘 要： | 通过查阅文献,发现空气污染与肺部炎症、心血管疾病、糖尿病的发生均有密切的关系,空气污染环境下机体处于长期缺氧状态是心肺疾病的诱因。总结出运动场所、运动时间与空气污染程度对健康的影响:空气污染情况下锻炼会导致代谢当量、最大呼气量等下降,并且这是一种长期的影响;城市环境下锻炼,志愿者血液白细胞、中性粒细胞升高;运动地点与交通道路距离越远,空气污染指数越低;规律性的体育锻炼可以降低空气污染引起的早死。

| Abstract: | Through literature review,this article finds that air pollution has close relations with lung inflammation,cardiovascular diseases,diabetes etc..Lack of oxygen in human organism under the setting of air pollution may be an incentive of cardiopulmonary diseases.The author points out that exercise venues,exercise time,extent of air pollution have influence to our health：Exercise in air pollution environments causes a decline in metabolic equivalent,forced expiratory volume etc.,and it is a longterm influence.When doing exercise in urban environments,volunteers＇ blood leukocytes and neutrophils elevates.If the exercise venues are far away from the traffic roads,the air pollution index tends to be lower.Regular physical exercise can reduce the untimely death caused by air pollution. |
