| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、调查访问法和逻辑分析法,从失地农民对体育的认识、体育组织形式和体育消费情况入手,对我国失地农民的体育生活现状进行研究。指出在文化转型背景下,发展失地农民的体育生活应该遵循传统体育为本原则,与经济发展水平匹配原则和竞技、健身、娱乐三结合原则。在此基础上提出了发展我国失地农民体育生活的对策:建立健全相关法律法规,增强政策的操作性;从实际出发,因地制宜地开展具有地域特色的体育生活;积极完善公共体育服务体系建设;加强基层组织建设,培养综合素质较高的体育工作者,旨在不断提高失地农民的体育生活水平。

| Abstract: | Using the method of literature,survey and logical analysis,beginning with landless peasants＇ understanding of sports,sports organization and sports consumption,this paper studies the status of sports-life of landless peasants in China.The author points out that under the background of cultural transformation,the development of landless peasants＇ sports-life should follow the traditional sports-oriented principle,economic level matching principle and trinity principle of sports,fitness,recreation.On this basis,the author puts forward strategical measures of developing the sports-life of landless peasants：establish and improve relevant laws and regulations and enhance the operability of policies;carry out sports-life with regional characteristics according to local reality;positively improve the construction of service systems of public sports;strengthen basic-level organizations and foster high-quality sports trainers.The research objective is to continuously improve the sports-life level of landless peasants. |
