| 摘 要： | 从历史与哲学的视角,对宗教改革时期确立的灵肉一致观及其对体育的影响进行研究。源自基督教内部的宗教改革是一次影响巨大的思想解放运动,继承了中世纪晚期经院哲学的唯名论,也受到文艺复兴人文主义的影响,宗教改革革新了中世纪传统的灵肉观,认为身体是上帝的恩赐,是无罪的,因此应该受到与灵魂同样的培育和训练,这一灵肉一致的思想对体育产生了重要影响。主要表现在新教与天主教都主张在学校对身体进行教育,宗教改革带来的思想解放和个人自由也推动了大众休闲体育活动的开展。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of history and philosophy, it analyzed the idea of body and soul during the time of reformation and its impact on physical education and sports. The Reformation in Christianity was an ideological emancipation movement with a great impact. It inherited late medieval nominalism of scholasticism and was affected by the renaissance humanism. The refor- mation reformed the ideas of traditional soul and body in the middle ages, and considered that the innocent body was the gift of God and thus should be trained and cultivated as well as soul. This idea of the combination of soul and body has produced some important consequences for physical education and sports, they could be summed up as follows： Protestantism and Catholicism all advocated physical education in schools, and the ideological liberation and the freedom of individuals brought by the reforma- tion promote the development of mass leisure sports. |
