| Abstract: | The paper expounds the limitation of traditional modes of education and the advantages and disadvantages of network education. It defines modern long-distance physical education and looks into the great role of long-distance physical education in continuing education and lifelong education. It points out that the problem of teaching the athletic skills can be solved in long-distance physical education and it also analyzes the complementarities and dialectical relationship of traditional physical education and modern long-distance physical education. |
