| 摘 要： | 采用高速摄像机和爱捷录像解析系统对参加九运会选拔赛男子跳远前8名的运动员着板瞬间髋部动作特征及其作用进行了分析.研究表明髋部的运动学特征对运动员上板的效果有着重要的影响;我国优秀男子跳远运动员在着板瞬间,起跳腿髋角较小而摆动腿髋角较大,着板角较小,两大腿夹角较大;着板瞬间身体重心的水平速度和垂直速度的数值也不太理想.

| Abstract: | The analysis was made on the motion characteristics and function of hips of the first eight broad-jump athletes in the 9th Sports Meeting at the instant of touching the springboard,with the help of high-speed pickup camera and Aijie kinescope analysis system.Its result shows that at the instant of touching the springboard the kinematics characteristics of the hip has an important impact on the effect of getting on the springboard;the take-off leg-hip angle is comparatively small while the swinging leg-hip angle is comparatively big,the landing-board angle is comparatively small,the two-thigh angle is comparatively big;the data of the horizontal and vertical speed of the centre of gravity of their bodies at the instant of touching the board is not very ideal. |
