| 摘 要： | 实施素质教育是21世纪我国教育改革的一项重大举措,是实现学校体育“健康第一”指导思想的主要渠道,素质教育的提出要求学校体育必须重建其教学目标、重构其教学内容、改变传统的教学模式、建立与素质教育相适应的体育测评和考试方法。
