| 摘 要： | 为提高城市社区体育公共服务公众的满意度,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和数理统计法,从公众服务的视角构建社区体育服务的理论框架,根据公众满意度的形成机理构建了包括9个潜在变量和25个可测变量的社区体育公共服务公众满意度测评模型,并进一步阐释了该测评模型的内涵,探讨了其影响因素.

| Abstract: | In order to improve the public sports service satisfaction in urban community, this paper uses methods of literature review, questionnaire, expert interview and mathematical statistics, constructs a theoretical framework of community sports service from the viewpoint of public service, and then proposes a test model of the public sports service satisfaction in urban community, which includes nine potential variables and twenty five testable variables according to the forming mechanism of public satisfaction, and further expounds the connotation of the test model, discusses the influencing factors. |
