| 摘 要： | 通过对高校女生参加课外体育活动锻炼情况的调查分析,提出了相应的对策,以促使高校女生积极、主动地参与课外体育活动锻炼,其目的是培养学生的体育意识、健身意识、组织能力和社交能力。同时提出了适应高校女生参加课外体育活动锻炼角的模式。

| Abstract: | Countermeasures which motivate schodairls of college to actively and forwardly take part in the extracurricular athletic sports are put forward in this paper through investigating the extracurricular athletic sports which slhoolgirls of college take part in. The aim of these countermeasures is to cultivate the athletic consciousness, gymnastic consciousness, organizational ability and social ability of students. In the meantime, a mode of extracurricular athletic sport corner which is fit for schoolgirls of college is given. |
