摘    要:目的:分析β2肾上腺素受体(ADRB2)基因位点+46(A/G)单核苷酸多态性(SNP)与运动耐力相关性。方法:选取南方汉族人群,依据运动耐力素质的差异分成优秀运动耐力组(EEA)48人和普通组(SC)55人,采用片段长度差异等位基因特异性PCR的方法对受试者ADRB2基因多态性进行基因分型,通过χ2检验分析优秀运动耐力组和普通组之间的等位基因和基因型分布频率。结果:两组中ADRB2基因型的发生频率符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡;EEA组和SC组的SNP基因型和等位基因频率分布经χ2检验发现,两组该位点的基因型频率分布有显著差异(P〈0.05),两组间等位基因频率分布也呈显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论:数据表明在广东汉族人群中ADRB2基因A46G多态性与运动耐力相关。

Abstract:Objectives: to analyze association of β2-adrenergic receptor(ADRB2) gene polymorphism(at position +46A /G)with elite endurance performance.Methods: the han nationality Chinese of Guangdong were divided into two groups,namely,48 elite endurance atheles(EEA) and 55 sedentary controls(SC),through the difference of the maximum oxygen uptake(VO2max).Genotypes of the subjects were determined by fragment length discrepant allele specific PCR.Allele and genotype frequencies for the ADRB2 gene A46G polymorphism were tested by the χ2 analysis.Results: The ADRB2 gene A46G SNP was in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium in both groups.The χ2 test for the genpype distribution showed a significant difference between EEA group and SC group(P<0.05) and there was a significant difference in the frequency of allele(P<0.05).It suggested that A46G SNP in ADRB2 gene may associate with elite endurance performance in han nationality Chinese of Guangdong.
