| 摘 要： | 通过对我省八所高水平运动队试办学校的调查研究 ,着重从现状与发展对策方面得出以下结论与建议 :(1)我省高水平运动队总体实力属全国中等水平 ;(2 )管理模式是制约我省高水平运动队发展的根本所在 ;(3)学校单考直接保送是防止优秀运动员外流的有效方法 ;(4 )教练员专职化是目前影响教练员水平提高的首要因素。

| Abstract: | The author makes research on eight high-level sports teams from eight universities and colleges respectively of Hebei. The following suggestions are put forward in respect of the developing strategy and the following conclusion are drawn: 1) the teams lies in mid-position of China; 2) the management constraints its development; 3) recommending excellent players for admission to the college is effective means to prevent them from being away; 4) the coach should not be fixed to it position. |
