| 摘 要： | 对我国青少年业余田径运动发展现状进行概述，认为阻碍其发展的问题有训练科学化水平较低、训练欠缺系统性和连贯性、运动员转入专业训练的比例较低、高校竞赛体制不合理等。针对以上问题，提出要提高教练员的业务水平、逐步完善青训制度、田径运动与高校相结合、完善高校竞赛制度等建议，以期使我国青少年田径运动健康、持续发展。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the present situation of the teenager amateur track and field sports and thinks that there are some problems blocking the development of the teenagers＇ track and field sports, such as the low level of scientific training, lack of systemic and consistent training, the low proportion of the athletes transfering to professional training, the unreasonable com- petition system in universities. Therefore, the relevant departments should take some measures, such as improving the business ability of the coaches and teenager training system, track and field sports combined with colleges and universities, and perfecting the system of high competition, to make our country＇s the teenager track and field sports healthful and lasting development. |
