| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、访谈、逻辑分析等方法,探讨我国女网单飞模式发展状况,分析单飞模式与举国体制对我国女网的影响与作用,认为：＂四朵金花＂单飞后,喜忧参半,但综合各种因素考虑,仍然应坚持举国体制,充分发挥国家办体育的优势,以举国体制为后盾,以单飞模式为创新方式,探寻适合我国国情的网球职业化道路,通过两种模式的相互促进共同发展我国女子网球运动。

| Abstract: | Using literature review,interviews,logical analysis and other methods,this paper explored ＂fly solo＂ system of Chinese women tennis,analyzed the effect and function of ＂fly solo＂ system and the ＂whole nation system＂ respectively,and thought it mingled hope and fear after ＂four golden flowers＂ flied single-handed.However,after considering the various pros and cons,efforts should be made to insist on the whole nation system,give full play to the advantage of state-run sports,with the backing of the whole nation system,and ＂fly solo＂ as an innovative form to explore the road of professionalization that meet the needs of China,and promote Chinese tennis by integrating ＂fly solo＂ with the whole nation system. |
