| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、个案研究法、观察法和比较法，对女子跳高国际健将级运动员蒋海燕自2003年11月至2004年6月的专项技术与专项身体素质训练进行总结，对训练效果进行分析，并指出下一阶段训练的重点任务。期望通过对蒋海燕个人训练的研究为我国高水平跳高运动员的训练提供参考。

| Abstract: | By adopting methods of documentation, case study, observation and comparison, this article has summarized the training from November 2003 to June 2004 in special technique and special physical fitness of high jumper Jiang Hai-yan who is the international master sportswoman, analyzed the training effects, and pointed out the main training task in the next phase, aiming for providing reference for advanced high jumper＇s training in China. |
