| 摘 要： | 随着散打运动的深入开展 ,散打已经引起越来越多的人 ,尤其是青少年的关注。本文从散打运动的特点和中小学生的生活特点出发 ,分析了中小学引入散打运动的可行性及意义 ,并论述了中小学阶段散打运动教学的侧重点和教学方法。

| Abstract: | Along with the thorough development of scattered dozen sports, scattered dozen has aroused more and more persons, especially the solicitude of teenagers. This paper hits the characteristic of sport since breaking up with in the physiological characteristic of pupil leave, it analyses the feasibility and meaning for middle and primary school to lead into scattered dozen sports, and discusses the stress and teaching method of scattered dozen sport teachings of middle and primary school. |
