运动氧化应激机制与人参皂甙Rb1抗运动性疲劳的实验研究

摘    要:检测运动性疲劳模型大鼠红细胞、肝和骨骼肌超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,以及血清、肝和骨骼肌丙二醛(MDA)的含量,结果显示:与模型组比较,人参皂甙Rb1能有效地降低MDA含量,提高SOD活性。表明:针对运动氧化应激机制,人参皂甙Rb1能增强机体清除自由基能力,从而达到抗运动性疲劳的效果。

Abstract:To test SOD activity of erythrocyte,liver tissue and muscle tissue of the rats with exercise-induced fatigue and their MDA content of serum,liver tissue and muscle tissue,results showed Ginsenoside Rb1 could effectively reduce MDA content and improve SOD activity comparing with model group.We came to the conclusion based on the mechanism of oxidative stress that Ginsenoside Rb1 is able to resist exercise-induced fatigue because it can improve the capacity of rats for decreasing free radical.
